Privacy Policy

Project Wildling CIC is the data controller for PosiSearch. We follow UK GDPR principles of data minimisation and purpose limitation.

What we collect

Searches: the query text, time, number of results, results shown and any result clicked. We do not store IP addresses or link searches to accounts.
Analytics: impressions and clicks are deduplicated using a hash that rotates daily and cannot identify you.
Accounts: email address and the business information you provide.
Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store card details; we keep amounts, dates and Stripe references.
Suggestions: what you submit, plus an optional email.

Search analytics are deleted after the retention period set by administrators (default 13 months). Financial records are kept as required by UK law.

You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account from your dashboard, or by contacting us. You may complain to the ICO.
