Add PosiSearch to your browser

PosiSearch publishes an OpenSearch description, so many browsers can add it as a search engine. Support varies by browser and version, so automatic installation is not available everywhere.

Chrome

  1. Search once on PosiSearch.
  2. Open Settings → Search engine → Manage search engines and site search.
  3. Find PosiSearch under "Inactive shortcuts" and choose Activate, or click Add and enter the URL https://wildersearch.com/search?q=%s.
  4. Choose "Make default" if you wish.

Firefox

  1. While on PosiSearch, right-click the address bar and choose "Add PosiSearch".
  2. Open Settings → Search to set it as default.

Edge

  1. Search once on PosiSearch.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy, search and services → Address bar and search → Manage search engines.
  3. Select PosiSearch and choose Make default, or add it with https://wildersearch.com/search?q=%s.

Other browsers

Any browser supporting custom search engines can use https://wildersearch.com/search?q=%s. Safari on macOS and iOS does not support custom search engines.
